Bu günlerde etkinlik, kurabiye filan derken baktım elimde yemek tarifleri birikmiş. Artık bugün bir çorba yazayım diye kaç gündür düşünüyorum ve sonunda muradıma erdim. Bu çorbayı bizim evde en çok kardeşim severek içer. Adıda "beyaz çorba"dır kardeşimin dilinde. Çocukluktan beri ne yapalım dendiğinde hemen herkesin önüne atılır "beyaz çorba" derdi. ilk önce anlamazdık sonra öğrendik ve alıştık. Şu anda bizim aile tavuk çorbası konusunda ikiye ayrılmış durumda. Babam "kanat çorbası" taraftarı; kardeşim "beyaz çorba" taraftarı. Tavuk çorbası pişeceği gün bizim evde bu konu konuşulur. Eşime sorarsanız eminim o da kardeşimden tarafa olacaktır. Annemle bizim ise görevimiz orta yolu bulmaktır.
MALZEMELER:
1 su bardağı tel şehriye
1 litre tavuk suyu
1 kase didiklenmiş tavuk eti
2 kaşık un
yağ
YAPILIŞI:
Tencereye yağ ve şehriyeler alınır ve hafifçe kavrulur. İçine tavuk suyu ve tavuk parçaları konup arasıra karıştırarak kaynamaya bırakılır. Bir kasede biraz su ile eritilmiş un kaynayan çorbaya yavaş yavaş boşaltılır. 10 dakika devamlı karıştırılarak pişirilir. İsteyen üzerine yağda pul biber yakabilir. Ben çok yağlı olmasın diye resimdeki gibi yakmadan döküyorum. Aslında ben bu çorbada pek biberide sevmiyorum.

Ellerine sağlık canım. Ben de ççok severim bu beyz çorbayı. Benim oğlum da son günlerde "Zeytin yeşili." diye bir çorbadan bahsediyor, ama henüz annesi bile anlamdı ne demek istediğini.:))
